These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of https://amadopetshopbotanica.shop/ (the “website”) and purchases made through our online store. Please read them carefully. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The website operates under the customer-facing name Amado Pet Shop Botanica and is operated by AMADO PET SHOP, INC, a Florida corporation registered under document number P15000057353.

Throughout these Terms, “Amado Pet Shop Botanica,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AMADO PET SHOP, INC, the legal entity responsible for operating the website and selling products through the online store. When you buy from this website, your contract of sale is with AMADO PET SHOP, INC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Checkout and accounts

You do not need an account to order: all orders are placed through guest checkout, and we do not currently offer customer account sign-up. If we hold an account for you, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Products and descriptions

• All products are new and are sold by AMADO PET SHOP, INC. Each product page shows the product’s brand.
• We describe and present our products as accurately as possible, including their materials, colors, fillings and internal components. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.
• If you need an exact measurement or more information before ordering, contact us and we will help.

5. Pet safety and proper use

• Our products are pet toys intended for supervised play. They are not intended for children.
• Choose a toy that suits your pet’s size, age and play style, and follow the guidance on each product page.
• Inspect toys regularly and stop using any toy that is damaged, worn or has loose parts. No pet toy is indestructible.
• Some toys contain dried catnip, a squeaker or an enclosed bell. Remove the toy if the fabric, latex or rubber is torn or cracked so that these parts cannot come loose.

6. Prices and availability

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.
• Shipping is charged separately as a flat rate per order, as described in our Shipping Policy.
• Florida sales tax (6% plus the county discretionary surtax for the delivery address) is added at checkout for orders delivered to Florida addresses, as described in our Payment Policy. The total shown at checkout, including any tax, is the full amount you pay.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, or if a price was displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then choose to cancel for a full refund.

7. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or description error, or unavailability; in that case, you receive a full refund.

8. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy for details.

9. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Rates, processing times and delivery estimates are listed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you as described in that policy.

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery and a prepaid return label at no cost.

11. Product reviews and messages

If you submit a product review or other content, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience and does not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material. You give us permission to display the review on the website. We may decline or remove content that does not meet these Terms.

12. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, collecting data from it by automated means, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
